Summary

Great lease for a small group of friends located just 15 minutes south of Dallas near I-35. Cultivated field with good fence lines and tree lines. This field was planted in wheat this year, lots of gravel and grit in the field.   This lease is close to town and often attracts resident birds.  Good amount of native sunflowers around perimeter of the field and in neighboring pasture.   Attached to field is pasture with good roosting trees and small pond.
