Summary
Our weekend dove hunts are very exclusive, and we hunt fresh fields each weekend so the dove hunts are just as good later in September as they are on opening day. If you can’t make it opening weekend don’t worry. There is still plenty of quality dove hunting available throughout September.
How it Works
Come and enjoy a full weekend of dove hunting just 45 minutes south of DFW. Hunts take place over sunflower and grain fields. This is an all-inclusive package includes meals, drinks, private accommodations for your group, bird processing, skeet shooting and much more for $800/person. Now booking groups of 4 hunters for September 18th-20th. We will only do 40 hunters total for these two dates (10 bedrooms, 4 hunter per bedroom) get your spot while they last!
You may reserve your spot now by booking through the website. Please submit an inquiry with any questions and the number of hunters in your group. We require a 50% deposit or you may pay in full through the website to hold your reservation. Once we have received your deposit or payment your reservation will be finalized. You will receive an email including all the details including arrival times, location map and other tips.
Itinerary
When you arrive to our Wild Acres Lodge Friday September 18th, you will be greeted at the lodge with appetizers and drinks then assigned rooms for lodging. Once settled in we will get everyone together for the afternoon hunt and assist everyone getting in the field. Dinner the first night will shortly follow the hunt. Saturday morning we will have a light breakfast and coffee prior to the hunt. Brunch will be served immediately following the morning hunt. Snacks will be served throughout the afternoon while you take advantage of some of the many amenities our lodge has to offer such as the rifle range, clay shooting, axe and knife throwing, golf simulator, pool table, corn hole, or just taking a nap. If you did not limit out during the morning hunt we will take you back out to the field for an afternoon hunt and dinner will follow. Sunday morning we will have light breakfast and one last morning hunt. After the morning hunt lunch will be served as you gather your items and check out of the lodge. Your birds will be packaged with your name on them and ready to take home when you check out.
