This is a great hunting lease for a small group or family.   Conveniently an hour from DFW outside Honey Grove, Tx, lease does not have an established camp, since property is so close previous lessee commuted or RV parks and campsites located within minutes of lease.  This lease will primarily be a deer and hog lease.  There are a few ponds and sloughs in wet years with the potential for duck and dove hunting.   Over 600 acres consisting of a good mixture of hard timber and cultivated ground.  There is a large creek on the eastern border of the property and a couple of ponds.   Easy access off county road.   Property has not been overhunted, managed for the past three years, potential trophy deer in 140-150 inch range.  Plenty of hogs in this area and year round hog hunting available.
