Here is a great 3,000 acre lease available in Knox County.  This property has been under property Quality Deer Management practices for over 10 years.  You will have year round access to the property.  There is an abundant of wildlife including Whitetail deer, hogs, turkeys, quail, dove, and a variety of waterfowl.   Mature trophy deer will start in the 150’s range.

This lease will be $13/acre.  This is a Non-MLD ranch.  Would like to keep this a 6-7 hunter lease.

Lease is already outfitted with several feeder pens and blinds, camp area with covered awnings and sewer.  Campers will be permitted stay on the property August to January.  This is a working cattle ranch so be mindful of all cattle and gates and cowboys will be respectful towards your hunting.
