This is a MLD lease which allows you to harvest a white tail from October 1-February 28th with a rifle! There will be a determined Amount of tags after the deer survey is done by a state biologist. Typically 1 buck per 900 acres and twice as many does. This past year we saw a 42% increase in our fawn count and have had above average deer numbers according to our Biologist from Texas Parks And Wildlife. The ranch has been under strict management plan for 11 years. Mature trophy bucks will range between 150″-170″

This is part of a 48,000 acres working cattle ranch and there are cows and gates that have to be respected, the employees of the ranch stay out of the way of the hunters the best they can.
