The property is bordered on one side by gravel roads and a hardwood tree line and creek bottom on the other. Looking for 4 hunters at $1,500/hunter. 

We are now showing these properties to groups interested in leasing the entire property, single hunters may leave their information for us to try and group with other hunters in the future. A 50% deposit will be due after viewing in order to reserve the lease, the remaining lease fee will be due August 1st.
