total of 275 acres it has one pond that is 5 acres, one that’s 2 acres, and few small seasonal holes that
hold water. The larger pond is loaded with duck food and surrounded by crop field and can make for some excellent dove hunting.

We are now showing these properties to groups interested in leasing the entire property, single hunters may leave their information for us to try and group with other hunters in the future. A 50% deposit will be due after viewing in order to reserve the lease, the remaining lease fee will be due August 1st.
