Summary

This lease is conveniently located off of I-45 near in Ferris, Tx just 21 miles south of downtown Dallas. It consists of three cultivated fields that were dormant this year. There is a county road that divides the leases. South field is attached to pasture with scattered mesquites and pond. North field was planted with Porso Millet and Milo for dove. The millet and johnson grass will be cut and baled prior to the season. The milo will be left standing for the duration of dove season. The farthest north field is native grasses/weeds with plenty of native sunflowers around the perimeter. Good tree lines and shade in all fields.
