Lease is located just 1.4 miles North of Sulfur River outside of Cooper, Tx.  Lease includes large Wetlands Reserve Program with water control structure for ease of draining and planting seasonally.  Wetlands typically holds 5 acres of water in normal year, up to 8 acres of water in wet years.  Lease also has two other small sloughs and a tank.  Small sloughs boarded by mature oak trees which produce some wood duck and mallard shoots throughout the season.  Slough holds water year-round.  Looking for a group of up to 4 hunters $1,250 each $5,000 total.
