Summary
This lease is located just 30 miles south of Dallas right on Interstate 35 and Hwy 77 making for easy access. This lease is split into five fields. The fields are separated by cross fencing and tree lines providing plenty of shade and cover anytime of the day. There is one small seasonal pond on the property and one large pond/gravel pit that holds water year round. Fishing is available in the large pond during hunting season, mainly perch and blue gill. The fields are cultivate and planted in corn this year. The corn will be harvested prior to dove season. This field tends to have a good amount of volunteer sunflower growth around the perimeter after the grain is harvested.
