Summary
Located in the middle of a dove fly way in Ellis County we have a 79 acre wheat field. Last year the field was planted in sorghum. Large trees along fence line, and a lake with roosting area on adjoining property this should be a prime stopping point for migrating dove. Field has a lot of small rocks and grit in soil another great attractant for dove as well as a pipeline going through the rear of the property. Field is located just outside of Waxahachie, TX off I-35.
This field would be great for a small group of friend and to bring customer and clients out for a quick dove hunt close to town.
