This 150-acre duck lease sits along a creek bottom that runs through Fannin County. There are over 12 acres of water in a secluded bottom along the edge of a crop field and a creek. The sloughs are covered in hydrilla, pondweed and other native grasses around the outside. Will also flood into the woods and crop field in wet years. Millet and wet soil vegetation planted along fields edge each summer. Lease has become available this year because previous tenant is relocating and will not be able to travel to hunt.
We are now showing these properties to groups interested in leasing the entire property, single hunters may leave their information for us to try and group with other hunters in the future. Looking for a group of up to 4 hunters. A 50% deposit will be due after viewing in order to reserve the lease, the remaining lease fee will be due August 1st.
