Summary

Property consists of two fields totaling 145 acres located right off I-35 in Milford, TX only about 45 miles south of Dallas. Hardwood tree line on the North end of the lease with as treed fence line around the perimeter of entire lease.    Lease was planted in wheat this year.  It will be harvested rior to the season.   Typically native sunflowers will bloom after wheat harvest, some strips of sunflowers will be left for the season.  Small seasonal pond in the trees on East field, water on neighboring properties.
