Summary
This dove lease is located just south of Italy, Tx minutes from Dallas. There are three adjacent fields that make up this property, with a gravel road running between them. There is grain corn planted on the lease which will be harvested prior to the season. The other field is a hay pasture with one small pond that borders a large conservation lake on the neighboring property. Good tree lines for shade and roosting surround most of the field. Known to be a great area for dove in the county.
