Summary
Located just 35 minutes south of Dallas near Italy, Tx, right on HW I-35. Close to town catching some resident birds feeding in the fields if migration for opening day is late. It has a large hardwood tree line on the west side containing one small seasonal pond. This field will be planted with wheat harvested prior to the season weather permitting. Annual native sunflowers and millet grow along the fence lines on the east and south side.
