Summary

Located just 45 minutes from downtown Dallas this lease gives you easy highway access to this 103 acre sunflower field. It is surrounded by hardwood tree lines as well as gravel road on one side.  This field is in the middle of prime dove habitat located in the middle of a wooded creek bottom and hundreds of acres of cultivated fields. Closest town is Bardwell, Tx.

We try to keep a ratio of 10 acres per hunter on all our dove leases to prevent overcrowding and hunting.  There will only be a max of 10 hunters permitted on this lease.   You may lease a spot as an individual or lease the entire field for a private group.
